INTERIM Learning and Development Lead - £800 p/d

Rate: £800 p/d (Inside IR35)

Duration: 12 months

Location: London or Stevenage (2-3 days p/w in Office)

An INTERIM Learning & Capability Building Lead to shape and lead critical development programs that strengthen how Global Clinical Operations teams learn, grow, and execute clinical trials.

The Opportunity

In this senior L&D role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of strategic programs that transform the way Clinical Operations Teams are trained and learn.

As strategic lead, you will bring the Team together, agree objectives, agree strategies, and create new ways of training - owning the entire learning journey.

Requirements

• Strong Learning and Development experience, with the ability to lead large-scale learning and capability initiatives, driving forward projects.
• Confident liaising with senior stakeholders, up to VP and Director level.
• Strong Pharmaceuticals experience, with specific exposure to R&D and an understanding of Clinical Trial processes.
• Project management / transformation experience.
