Role: Interim IT Sourcing Manager

Fixed term contract: 12 Months

Role Type: Procurement

Location: Choose Watford or London base office - 2 day per week in office + hybrid working arrangement

This is an exciting opportunity for Technology Procurement Lead join the team to help design and implement the Procurement strategy and processes in a Greenfield Procurement function. You'll be responsible for acting as the procurement POC to manage the end-to-end procurement process and cultivate strong stakeholder partnerships around the related Technology categories, alongside this execute the regional buying strategies of "Sourcing to Contract "for the dedicated category areas, to ensure the effective and quality general procurement service in support of business speed-to-market.

A key aspect of this role is building collaborative relationships with our internal business partners, as well as strategic relationships with suppliers.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading the "request for (RFx)" process for agreed Technology across the organisation
  • Negotiating commercial arrangements and Technology agreements with selected suppliers with a view to securing best value and contributing to the Procurement savings target
  • Drive all aspects of complex strategic sourcing processes in category covering IT and all the related IT hardware (End User Computing), IT managed services, elements of telecoms and software.
  • Engaging with internal stakeholders and responsible for internal compliance, cost saving, and customer satisfaction.
  • Assess Technology supplier performance to ensure suppliers fulfil their contractual obligations and are delivering quality services to business stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

  • Dedicated Technology procurement experiences within a blue chip environment
  • Qualified experience in related area (retail buying, supply chain, retail operations etc)
  • Significant experience in selecting, onboarding, and managing Technology suppliers

12 month FTC - £70K - pro rata
20% Transition Bonus payable if still in role at the start of the Fourth Licence
33 days paid leave. (Includes Bank Holidays) pro-rata
