Interim IT Project Manager - £545pd

Location: Hybrid and West London

Rate: £545pd (Umbrella, inside IR35)

Client: Leading Life Sciences organisation

Duration: 12-month contract

A Senior IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact digital programmes for a Global Pharmaceuticals leader.

This is a business-critical role at the centre of a rapidly expanding commercial operation, where technology directly enables patient access to life-saving treatments.

The Role:

You will take ownership of multiple, complex IT programmes that support global commercial and technical operations. Working with senior stakeholders across Europe and the US, you will ensure critical systems are launch-ready for new markets.

Operating in a highly-regulated, life-sciences environment, you'll bring structure and leadership to multi-stream initiatives spanning commercial platforms, supply chain, and manufacturing operations.

Key enterprise platforms include Salesforce, ERP, Cloud and digital engagement systems, supporting the organisation's end-to-end therapy journey.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple IT projects across the full lifecycle
• Drive technology readiness for international product and country launches
• Build and maintain integrated delivery plans across IT, business and vendors
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, risks, issues and change control

Requirements:

• 10+ years' experience delivering complex IT projects or programmes
• Proven leadership of cross-functional initiatives in regulated environments
• Experience delivering enterprise platforms supporting commercial operations
• Strong stakeholder management up to executive level
• Experience working with global, distributed teams
