Role: IT Programme Manager

Rate: £520 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)

Client: Major Agriculture organisation

Location: Hybrid, with 1 day per week on site in Bracknell

Duration: 12 months

An interim opportunity for an experienced IT Programme Manager to join a leading Agriculture organisation, and support a business-critical, global transformation programme, as they move away from a complex legacy system.

Supporting the Platform Lead, you will co-ordinate squads to deliver the programme, driving seamless migration, continuity, and minimal disruption.

You will develop and maintain the delivery roadmap, carry out end-to-end planning, delivery and governance, ensure on-time development and deployment of new capabilities, and collaborate with stakeholders across functions and seniority.

Requirements:

• Strong experience leading complex IT Transformation or Decommissioning Programmes.
• Understanding of Enterprise IT systems, data flows, APIs, and legacy-to-modern system transition.
• Excellent Stakeholder management ability across levels and functions.
• Dependency Management ability.
• Experience creating phased implementation plans and driving non-disruptive change.
• Advantageous would be any experience in Life Science or R&D environments.
