Role: Interim IT Product Manager

Location: Utrecht, Netherlands

Rate: €780 - €100 per hour

Are you a Dutch-speaking interim IT product manager with deep experience managing customer technology journeys in a KYC regulated environment?

I'm looking for a proactive and confident IT product manager to join this leading financial services company.

They are revolutionising the way that financial services customers engage with technology and are investing heavily in developing a fast, efficient and effective customer journey that is safe and secure.

Here are some more details on the role:

• You will be the product owner for a diverse devops team - providing project ownership and strategic direction to the function.

• You ensure full compliance to all policies and procedures aligned to KYC regulations at all times.

• You will help to convey the redesigned customer journey into a powerful and presentable technology story.

• You will coordinate with other functions to continually develop this journey, harnessing feedback to improve.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Extensive experience realising and managing IT change processes across complex multi-department businesses.

• Fluent Dutch language skills are essential.

• You will have demonstrable knowledge and experience managing online customer journeys, ideally within the financial services sector.

• You will have a formal technology qualification.

• You will have a strong knowledge of KYC regulations and the impact these policies have on technology journeys.

• You are able to develop strong and effective stakeholder relationships at all levels.

• You are confident and proactive, able to respond well to changing demands.
