An Interim IT PMO Analyst at £450-525p/d is required for a global FTSE100 specialist Manufacturing organisation based in the East Riding of Yorkshire. An initial 6 month contract with good scope for extension, this is an exciting opportunity within managing a portfolio within IT, executing reporting deliverables and the management of portfolio management tools, for a candidate with a strong background in PMO and PMO Analysis, who is looking to develop their experience within a global, diverse and fast-paced function.
Role:
- Administer, enhance and review the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools. (ie Clarity, Planview, Changepoint-Daptiv, ServiceNow)
- Administer and maintain Testing and Agile Tools; Jira, HP ALM, Confluence, MS TEAMS
- Administer and maintain PMO Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool set, from end to end, including configuration and training
- Perform scheduled and ad-hoc project portfolio tracking and reporting
- Participate in an integral role in large scale process and tool integrations
- Contribute content for roadmaps, deployment strategy, communications plan and training materials to ensure a smooth adoption of PPM tool set and PMO Lifecycle
- Partner with other stakeholders to continually identify and prioritize tool enhancements needed to maximize process benefits and support other initiatives
- Support project execution via the Agile Scrum or Agile Hybrid methodology
- Obtain a deep understanding of the governance process and act as a mentor across all IT teams
- Work within the PMO team to contribute to the effective use of the Enterprise Architecture, Risk and Security forum and the Demand Management Forum
- Manage phase gate governance process, establishing training, communication and measurement tracking
Desired Skills:
- PMI certifications highly desirable, Certified Scrum Master beneficial
- Candidates should demonstrate 5+ years of progressive experience and responsibility working as a PMO Analyst.
- Experience in facilitating, leading, influencing, and managing within large-scale matrix, globally distributed organizations
- Proven experience administering Project Portfolio Management tools (e.g., Clarity, Planview Changepoint-Daptiv), agile scrum collaboration tool (i.e. TEAM) and reporting tools
- Strong understanding of an agile framework
- Strong understanding of DEV/OPS framework
- Exceptional data analysis skills using Excel and other commonly available tools
