Interim IT Buyer - £300pd

Currently recruiting a fantastic opportunity for an interim IT Buyer to join a FTSE 100 Pharmaceutical company, currently undergoing huge corporate change, as a key part of their fast-paced Procurement Team.

This is a three-month contract offering up to £300 p/d (Umbrella, inside IR35), offering 100 % home working.

The Role:

A tactical Procurement position aligned to a large, ongoing divestment project within the business.

This role will revolve around traditional sourcing and negotiation, along with elements of contract management responsibility within the IT category, particularly around software contracts and vendors.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a complex, high-value divestment project within a prestigious procurement function.

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience of sourcing for the IT category within a large-scale procurement function.
• Exposure to large international business environments is a must.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and excellent communication ability.
