Interim HRIS Specialist £495pd

An excellent interim opportunity for a Human Resources Information Systems Specialist to join a world-leader in Energy and play a crucial role in their implementation of Payroll and Time solutions globally.

This is a contract to the end of the year, offering up to £495 per day (umbrella, inside IR35), with a hybrid approach to working from home and in South-East England.

This company is at the forefront of its field in sustainability, with true aims for carbon neutrality and huge amounts of investment going into sustainable energy solutions and the cutting-edge technology to support.

The Role:

You will manage and support the full-lifecycle, implementation and roll-out of payroll and time solutions for projects in flight across the EMEA and AsiaPAC.

For deployed solutions, you will monitor operational integrity, support system change, and manage the technical architecture, including interfaces for the HR system, time solutions, and payroll solutions.

  • Provide project management leadership for solutions deployed.
  • Develop and deploy HR solutions.
  • Own and drive governance of solutions.
  • Maintain operational integrity of deployed payroll, time and absence solutions.
  • Review and prioritise any proposed system changes.
  • Be an interface between global vendors and the business on functional and technical questions.
  • Drive continuous improvement and manage day-to-day support.

Requirements:

  • Technical implementation and integration experience in SAP and Workday.
  • 3+ previous, full-lifecycle payroll implementations, back end.
  • Previous role as a Lead Implementation Consultant, or similar.
  • Ideally experience across KRONOS, eTime, Workforce or Dayforce time applications.
  • An understanding of the relevance and importance of time in a Retail set up.
  • Programme delivery experience, setting direction, planning, governance, QA, and reporting.
  • Strong HR background.
  • Excellent skills of communication with partners and stakeholders to a senior level.
  • Prior experience in a global, matrix organisation.
