Interim HR Transformation Manager £92ph

An incredible interim opportunity for a HR Transformation Manager to join a world-leader in FMCG and provide crucial support in their move from tactical to strategic workforce planning.

This is a full-time contract to mid-September 2023, offering up to £92 per hour (umbrella, inside IR35), based working from home and 2-3 days in their office in London.

The Role:

This is a blended strategic and hands-on role, which will shape organisational effectiveness at a global scale.

As HR Transformation Manager, you will take Workplace Planning on a journey from tactical to strategic. You will carry out organisational design and development, provide design advisory services and build capability across the HRBP community.

This role will also be responsible for ensuring the systems, metrics and foundations are in place to gain insight into the effectiveness of this FTSE 100 organisation.

You will effectively rally stakeholders across functions and levels to take them through the transformation process.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in the HR space, with excellent project and change management experience.
  • Experience in organisational design and, ideally, strategic workforce planning.
  • Strong process management and improvement.
  • Excellent skills of analysis and identifying actionable insights from data.
  • Confident engaging with and influencing stakeholders to a senior leadership level.
  • Previous experience within a multinational, complex, matrix organisation (Fortune 500).
