Interim HR Technology Business Analyst £445pd

I'm currently recruiting an exciting interim opportunity for a Business Analyst to join a world-leader in Energy, to drive innovation in People and Culture technologies.

This FTSE 100 organisation is at the forefront of its field in sustainability, with true aims for carbon neutrality and huge amounts of investment going into sustainable solutions and the cutting-edge technology to support.

This is an initial 6-month contract, offering up to £445 per day (umbrella, inside IR35), with a hybrid approach to working from home and in South-East England.

The Role:

As Automation Business Analyst, you will support innovation within People and Culture technology and platforms.

You will maintain an awareness of new features and products offered by SaaS providers, driving opportunity identification and continuous improvement, primarily in Automation and Chatbots.

You will develop capability in line with this client's HR Capability framework.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Business Analyst in People and Culture or Automation / bot technology.
• Prior experience with project and analysis technique, supporting tools for requirement definition and documentation.
• Excellent ability to engage with stakeholders across functions and levels.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Ideally, experience working with Human Resources applications, and working with an enterprise solution.
• Previous experience within a global, matrix organisation.
