A wold famous Aerospace and Defence organisation has an urgent requirement for an experienced HR Specialist with a demonstrable speciality in rewards and renumeration.

This is an initial 6-month interim contract with the potential to extend offering between £35-£45 p/h for a candidate to be based in Portsmouth.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage flexible benefits - Manage Company Car schemes - Support to transnational job value activity and reward projects.
• Measure HR process performance and take improvement actions.
• Ensure the design and implementation of HR policies and negotiation with the unions/works council in all HR areas such as Employment, Competence Management, Learning, Compensation & Benefits, Culture Change, Talent & Executive Management.
• Deliver consistent implementation of HR processes and tools. Measure HR process performance and take improvement actions.
• Implementation of annual salary review.
