Interim HR Project Manager £35ph

An exciting opportunity for an Interim HR Project Manager to join a leader in sustainable technology and support their initiative for developing and retaining technology talent.

This is a contract to mid-December 2022, based working from home and in their offices in Hertfordshire, offering up to £35 per hour (Umbrella, inside IR35).

The Role:

This multinational client is seeking a HR Project Manager to join a busy team who drive excellence in sustainable technology and innovation.

You will support the Global HR Business Partner to develop and lead the delivery of projects for engagement, people development and compensation. Liaising closely with senior stakeholders, you'll determine ownership, timelines, deliverables, resources, risk and project dependencies.

Managing project plans end-to-end, you'll report progression to the Team on a weekly basis, reviewing KPIs and escalating where needed.

Requirements:

• Strong HR experience, in particular, employee engagement or retention strategies.
• Excellent exposure to leading a range of successful HR projects.
• Prior experience within a global, matrix environment.
• Strong communication and engagement skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.
