Interim HR Project Manager - Outsourcing

A British multinational FTSE 100 organisation has an urgent requirement for an interim HR Project Manager. This role will require the job holder to set out a strategy for the outsourcing of several hundred temporary workers in the UK, US and India.

This is an initial 3-month interim contract offering a competitive day rate for a candidate to be based in Hertfordshire.

Key Requirements:

• Candidates must display demonstrable experience of setting out the strategy for major international workforce outsourcing projects.
• Exceptional research and fact-finding ability to collate relevant business and legislative information from the various market regions impacted by the outsourcing project.
• Experience of navigating large complex matrix business environments to engage senior stakeholders in disparate global locations and ensure their buy in.
• Relevant project management qualifications are preferred.
