Interim HR Programme Specialist £21.50ph

An exciting interim opportunity for a Programme Specialist to join an FMCG leader, to work closely with MSP Support Teams and drive excellence in temporary labour sourcing, engagement, and management processes.

This is a contract running to the end of June 2023, offering up to £21.50 per hour (umbrella, inside IR35), based working from home and in London.

The Role:

As Interim Programme Specialist, for the FTSE 100 FMCG organisation, you will partner with the MSP's support teams, to ensure best-in-class process across the sourcing, engagement and full-lifecycle management of of their temporary workforce.

You will drive the MSP Team to ensure delivery, and influence key stakeholders on compliance and control.

• Ensure the MSP deliver high-quality and diverse talent.
• Utilise data insight to hold the MSP accountable against deliverables and monitor their performance against governance and performance reviews.
• Track process controls, ensuring a high level of compliance.
• Drive process improvement, delivering benefit-realisation.
• Act as the Change, Communications and Training Lead.
• Support the future direction of the programme.

Requirements:

• Passionate about Talent Management and, ideally, experience in Process Management.
• Strong communication and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
• Experienced professional, with the ability to hold others to account.
• Beneficial would be any experience in vendor management.
• Prior experience in a large, matrix organisation.
