Interim HR People Transformation Lead £805pd

An exciting interim opportunity for an experienced HR People Transformation Lead to join a leader in Financial Services, and support their esteemed Procurement Function

A 6-month contract, offering up to £805 per day (umbrella, inside IR35), with hybrid working from home and in their offices in London.

The Role:

As Interim HR People Transformation Lead, you will support this FTSE 100 Financial Services Organisation's HR People Transformation Programme for their global Procurement function.

You will support their remodelling of their Procurement Organisation and its design, away from a retained organisation model.

  • Responsible for the strategic direction and development of the organisation; carry out Organisational Design.
  • Understand current and future strategic needs of the Procurement business.
  • Develop job specifications and define key roles for the Procurement organisational chart.
  • Design and implement strategies that support successful recruitment, onboarding, and retention of high-quality talent.
  • Implement training to effectively guide and coach talent, and to ensure compliance with regulation.
  • Oversee a consistent and effective performance management approach.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in a similar HR Transformation Position, with extensive Organisational Design experience.
  • HR Development or Change Leader with a track record in building enduring capability.
  • Strategic Implementation and Continuous Improvement mindset.
  • Prior experience operating as part of a large, global Procurement organisation.
  • Agile delivery and Change Management experience.
  • Comfortable within a complex, matrix environment.
  • Excellent communication skills across functions, seniority and geographies.
  • Ideally, previous Financial Services industry exposure.
