Interim HR Data Analyst £42ph - Remote Working

A fantastic interim opportunity for a Data Analyst with strong experience in HR or Recruitment data, to join a world-leading FMCG company and provide crucial support to their demand planning.

This is a 3-month contract, £42 per hour (umbrella, inside IR35), full-time 40 hours per week, remote working.

The Role:

As Interim HR Data Analyst, you will provide key support to this FTSE 100 organisation, ensuring they can be more robust around demand planning.

You will review how many roles were opened and ultimately hired in the previous financial year, and ensure the right capacity and capability for their upcoming financial year from July 2023.

Reviewing large amounts of historic data, you will triangulate this will the current market data on attrition, building forecasts for regions and countries, across levels, organisations, and job families.

You will provide clear reporting for board level and executive stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Strong Data Analysis skills within HR or Recruitment data, with the ability to translate this effectively.
• Excellent forecasting skills across market and historic data.
• Good communication skills across levels and functions.
• Project Management ability, as the organisation looks to segment going forward.
• Ideally, experience across Workday, Power BI and Excel.
