Interim HR Change and Communications Manager £63ph REMOTE

Role: Interim HR Change and Communications Consultant

Rate: £63 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35, 7.2 hours per day)

Client: Major Science and Agriculture organisation.

Location: UK wide - remote working considered.

Duration: 2 - 3 months

An Interim HR Change and Communications manager to support this leading organisation's oneHR Analytics programme. You will develop plans and materials, devise Change Management strategies and Communications plans, and ensure adoption organisation-wide.

Engaging with key, senior stakeholders, across functions and to a senior level, you will identify Change impact and readiness, build awareness and support for oneHR data and analytics.

Requirements:

  • Strong, prior experience as a HR Change and Communications Consultant, or in a similar Change capacity.
  • Background navigating large, global, matrix organisations.
  • Excellent knowledge of methodologies, tooling, and best practices.
  • Expertise developing communication plans and training materials.
  • Confident communicator, with the ability to build relationships to a senior level.
  • Advantageous would be experience in HR transformation or system implementation.
