Interim HR Business Partner £540pd

An exciting interim opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join a world-leader in Energy, to support the rapid growth of their Digital and Product function.

This company is at the forefront of its field in terms of sustainability, with true aims for carbon neutrality by 2050, and huge amounts of investment going into sustainable energy and the cutting-edge technology to support.

A 9-12 month contract, offering up to £540 per day (umbrella, inside IR35), with a flexible approach to working from home and 2-3 days per week in their London office.

The Role:

This FTSE 100 organisation is driving excellence within their Electric Vehicle Charging business, and this role will provide critical support in the scale up of Digital and Product functions. You will support the business to establish a new operating model and scaling organisations growth, through both internal and external recruitment support.

You will business partnering, operational support and coaching to key, senior leadership, including the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer, across the entire employee life-cycle.

You will develop and implement new and innovative talent and scaling solutions, including arrangements with third-party suppliers.


  • 5 years' + experience in Human Resources across the full life-cycle.
  • Global, Digital or Technology industry experience.
  • Previous coaching and recruitment experience.
  • Track record in delivery of Talent Management, ER, Change Management and Organisational Development.
  • Experience within an international HR Team.
  • Strong experience leading recruitment for a rapidly expanding business.
  • A passion for people engagement and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent business acumen and the ability to deal with stakeholders up to C Suite level.
  • Good analytical skills and a wide knowledge of innovative HR practices.
