Interim HR Business Analyst £465pd REMOTE
An exciting Interim opportunity for a HR Business Analyst to join a leading Science Innovation organisation, in support of a major People Data and Analytics programme.
This is an initial contract to the end of the year, offering £465 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35), primarily remote, with once per month in the office in Berkshire.
The Role:
The HR Business Analyst will be in support of a major value stream programme to ensure the right solution for group-wide reporting requirements, within People Data and Analytics.
You will collate use stories and translate into detail business requirements. Collating and prioritising requirements, you will identify any gaps, define the Minimum Viable Product for the workstream.
- Gather and document requirements.
- Research and map business definitions.
- Ensure stakeholders are aligned on resulting requirements and deliverables.
- Explore range of data sources and map against business processes.
- Drive the ideation process to concrete requirements and actions.
- Document and present analysis results to various audiences.
- Produce and prioritise Test Cases.
- Liaise with internal and external Analytics Teams.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Analytics projects, working closely with Technical Project Stakeholders. Ideally, People Analytics experience.
- Experience in preparing and running workshops.
- Strong experience developing and preparing Use Cases, functional specifications and technical requirements.
- Excellent ability to document business requirements accurately and succinctly.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data lake technology for visualisations.
- Quality Assurance experience in testing use cases.
- Previous experience in a complex, global, matrix organisation.
