Interim HR Administrator £21.30ph

An exciting interim opportunity for a HR Administrator to join a world-leader in Energy and provide information and guidance to employees on a global basis.

This is a 12 month contract, offering up to £21.30 per hour (umbrella, inside IR35), based hybrid working from home and in South-East England.

This organisation is at the forefront of its field in sustainability, with aims for carbon neutrality, and huge amounts of investment going into sustainable energy solutions and the cutting-edge technology to support.

The Role:

As HR Specialist, you will sit in this FTSE 100 company's Shared Services organisation, who drive centralisation and standardisation of HR services. You will provide information and guidance to employees and HR both regionally and globally on end-to-end employee lifecycle, processes and data changes in Workday.

  • Maintain an understanding of internal processes.
  • Handle transactions and tasks for employee and job data service requests.
  • Create plans for ad-hoc projects for Shared Services processes.
  • Drive relationships with clients and key stakeholders, locally and globally.
  • Champion Change and Agile working.
  • Support testing of Shared Services technology.

Requirements:

  • Ability to administer HR processes and systems.
  • Ability to navigate a tiered support model.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong systems fluency and computer skills across office and analytical support tools.
  • Takes steps to mitigate risk and raise any concerns.
  • Ideally, degree educated or a professional qualification.
  • 3 years experience post qualification.
