Interim Head of People Analytics £780pd

Role: Head of People Analytics

Rate: Up to £780 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)

Client: Major, FTSE 100, FMCG organisation

Location: Hybrid working from home

Duration: Until September 2024

An Interim Head of People Analytics to sit in this FTSE 100 FMCG organisation's Digital and Technology unit, partnering closely with HR and Legal.

This role will lead the Analytics Capability, by engaging with the business and senior stakeholders to understand key needs for data and analytics, taking these user needs and translating them into Technology and Data solutions, and working with Business Analysts and Data Developers to build out new technology products, or make changes to existing products.

You will support in external, annual reporting, by leading the Analytics Team to provide accurate data.

Requirements:

• People Analytics experience and proven experience leading a People Analytics capability.
• Product Management and Agile delivery.
• Data Analytics including descriptive and predictive capabilities.
• Some Technology background and awareness, advantageous would be any experience with Power BI.
• Comfortable communicating effectively with business stakeholders up to Director level.
• Advantageous would be experience within the HR Domain.
