1st Executive have been retained by a leading FMCG brand to recruit an Interim Marketing Category Manager to lead a new approach to procurement within ATL Marketing.

You will provide sourcing expertise and leadership to the marketing & sales categories, developing and executing sourcing strategies and performance management within the marketing categories.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and ownership in global strategic sourcing within the category
• Lead negotiations and commercial contracts
• Develop and lead relationships with external supplier base and regulatory authorities

Experience required

• Marketing procurement experience of at least 1 year
• Experience of procurement across multiple regions and adapting accordingly
• Ability to interact with senior executives
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to navigate a complex matrix structure
