Interim Global Change Lead £860pd REMOTE

Role: Global Change Lead (SAP S/4 HANA)

Rate: £860 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)

Client: Major, FTSE 100 FMCG organisation

Duration: 12 months+

Location: Remote, with occasional visits to office in Soho. UK based role.

Opportunity for a Global Change Lead, with experience in Change Leadership and tech-enabled transformation, to play a business-critical role in this world-leading organisation's global, multi-year, business transformation, underpinned by SAP S4 HANA.

This transformation will involve multiple IT systems and span all functions in the business, including Supply Chain, procurement, Commercial, and Finance.

This role will be a very senior voice in the transformation - you will own the Change agenda, ensure the right strategy is in place, hold both the business and vendor to account, lead and oversee the activities of the Change Impact Manager, as well as communications and training. You will work with the business and the vendor to guide them through the transformation.

Requirements:

• Change Management experience of 10-12+ years, managing Change functions.
• SAP S/4 HANA Transformation and Change Management experience.
• Previous Vendor Management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing ability, at various levels within the business.
• Advantageous would be experience in multiple go-lives of technology, simultaneously.
