We have an exciting opportunity for an Interim Global Category Manager Chemical to join a leading provider of sustainable fibre-based packaging worldwide for a 3-months contract.

The role of a Global Category Manager Chemicals sits in the 'Production' category pillar of the Procurement function. In this position you will use strategic sourcing methodologies and supplier stakeholder management principles to create and develop complex global Chemicals Category plans. You will supervise and collaborate with the business to ensure that your strategies are successfully implemented to drive category outcomes.

Role: Interim Global Category Manager Chemicals

Location: Netherlands, full remote

Contract duration: 3 months

Day rate: Up to €700pd (- deductions)

About role:

You will develop and drive Chemicals Category plans, identify cost-saving opportunities and collaborate with multiple levels of the company to ensure that global category plans use proper project management tools.

This including developing best practice approaches for pallets across the group and collaborating with the stakeholder to create pipeline of initiatives and projects and communicate, influence stakeholders at all levels to gain commitment to the category plan.
