Interim FM Buyer £355 pd

Role: Interim Facilities Management Buyer

Rate: £355 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)

Client: Esteemed Public Sector organisation

Location: Hybrid working from home and 2 days per week in London.

Duration: 6 months

An Interim Buyer opportunity to sit within a major public sector organisation, and support their Property Procurement. Procurement will cover low to medium spend values in Property and Property Services including Architects and Energy Consulting.

You will manage multiple end-to-end, Procurement projects simultaneously, liaise closely with stakeholders to a senior level to agree timelines and meetings, and draft contracts.

Requirements:

• FM Procurement / Buying experience, with FM Category experience.
• Public Sector background and experience with Public Sector frameworks.
• Comfortable dealing with stakeholder to a senior level.
• Good understanding of governance processes.
