An Interim Finance Transformation Lead at £450-600p/d is required for a leading global FTSE100 manufacturing organisation in Hertfordshire. A 12 month contract, likely to extend, this is an exciting opportunity within Finance Transformation, leading intercompany accounting processes and leading projects to roll out new processes within the organisation, for a candidate with a strong background in Financial Transformation, who is looking to develop their experience within a transforming, diverse and fast-paced function in Hertfordshire.

Role:

  • Supporting projects to establish more effective and efficient Trade and Non-Trade processes
  • Determine the sourcing model of GBS Shared Services and align to the emerging Finance Operating Model
  • Drive process change management across all stakeholders in the end to end process to achieve financial benefits
  • Ensure KPI / SLA / OLA reporting and finance governance is optimised
  • Roll out Global Operating Model processes and technologies
  • Ensuring that internal financial controls and systems are fit for purpose and in compliance with group standards and Sarbanes-Oxley s404 requirements; Identification and implementation of improvements in internal control and maximising automation of control
  • Establish and facilitate governance to encourage compliance to policy and process and to avoid accounting and control issues
  • Determine future model for Global Process Ownership and lead implementation

Required Skills:

  • Qualified Accountant or have MBA, with transformation project knowledge
  • From an industry where there is a manufacturing supply chain process
  • Experience of designing and implementing systematically lean processes using recognised methodologies such as Six Sigma, Kaizen
  • Experience of SAP (preferably ECC6) or MS Axapta
