One of the worlds largest and most innovative sustainable technology providers has an urgent requirement for an Interim Facilities Programme manager.

This is a 6-month contract offering up to £750 p/d inside IR35 and hybrid working between home and Central London.

Job purpose

This role will be coordinating multiple property projects within Corporate Real Estate transformation programme, working closely with suppliers and internal colleagues to ensure that the planned property business benefits are delivered, working with the Leadership team, helping to align the project strategies with the clients Business Plan.

This role will lead the programme management of a project to establish a new London office as well as supporting the delivery of other global property transformation projects. This role will prepare periodic status reports, capturing and applying learnings as the implementation progresses forward.

Principal accountabilities

Principal accountabilities for this role are:

  • Work closely with senior programme manager in aligning transformation goal, preparing materials required for stage and periodic review.
  • To drive progress through the project lifecycle. Act as a first point of contact for any PM queries from the project team.
  • Regularly liaise with the LT, setup, own and manage the workstream within the Transformation Programme.
  • Identify, manage, and track the programme schedules and resource requirements, ensuring programme risks are managed and mitigation plans are put in place.
  • Ensure timely reporting of progress, risks, issues and dependencies of the project activities and PMO activities - in line with the agreed formats.
  • Define project management structures that matches programme requirements, ensuring that resourcing and execution capability is provided for, across the real estate activities.
  • Manage required interactions with various internal stakeholders.
  • Agree and work with business unit sponsor for each project to accelerate engagement and drive efficiency.
  • To carry out any other duties which are within the employee's skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed.
