Interim Export Compliance Specialist required to join a major FTSE 100 company based just SW of London. The role is responsible for providing subject matter expertise to ensure compliance with export regulations in relation to the procurement and shipment of materials.

Within the role you will ensure compliance with export control laws, classify materials for export, create then update a database of classified materials. You will work cross functionally to ensure compliance with export control laws. Also, within the role you will be responsible for developing, deploying and maintaining export control processes, procedures and systems.

You will have:

• Experience with Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classifications
• Experience designing and implementing an export control system and implementation of an automated export management software solution
• SAP transaction reporting

The role is initially for 6 months, will pay between £330 and £450pd and may allow for flexible working with experience.
