Interim EV PMO Analyst £72ph

An incredibly exciting interim opportunity for a Programme Manager Office & Analyst to join a world-leading Energy company, in a start-up environment, dedicated to decarbonisation and driving true growth in their EV business.

This FTSE 100 Energy organisation is at the forefront of its field, with aims for carbon neutrality by 2050, and huge amounts of investment going into sustainable energy solutions and the cutting-edge technology to support.

This contract is running until the end of February 2023, with scope for extension, offering up to £72 per hour (inside IR35, Umbrella), with a flexible approach to working form home and in London.

The Role:

This Energy leader is looking to pivot a business space that is currently 99% diesel to sustainable energy, chiefly in EV across Europe. They are looking to deploy a new EV organisation at pace for this area, as well as running tactical and ad-hoc projects in the space.

As PMO Analyst you will provide business-critical support, by establishing best-in-class, core tools and processes for the organisation, ensure the clear and fast progression of projects and carrying out effective programme management at a Portfolio level.

You will support both commercial and infrastructure projects, ensuring centralised reporting and senior updates, organising and overseeing project communications and managing budget.

Requirements:

• Strong PMO experience, across 2-3+ PMO rotations.
• Ideally, an understanding of Automotive industry / Energy sector.
• Experience within a multinational, corporate, matrix environment.
• Excellent communicator, with the ability to build robust and meaningful business relationships.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, as a self-starter and self-motivator.
• Agility of thought.
