Interim EPC Contracts Specialist - £400 to £450 per day

My client, a global oil and gas company, are currently recruiting an experienced Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contracts Specialist, to manage the processes for day-to-day contract management and drive performance improvement. This is a 12-month contract, based in Greater London, with frequent, global business trips.

Role:

You will manage end to end Sourcing and Contract Management activities.

• Develop bid packages and bid evaluation plans
• Handle bid clarifications and carry out bid proposal evaluations
• Compile supporting documentations for recommendations to award
• Support negotiation and process supplier variation order requests
• Perform and support commercial and contractual negotiations
• Advise on improvements to contract management process
• Manage service delivery reviews for stakeholders and suppliers

Desired Skills/ Experience:

• At least 10 years' knowledge and experience of high-value EPC contracts
• Experience of evaluation of RFPs for EPC contracts
• Experience of contract drafting and execution
• Experience of EPC post-award Contract Management
• Happy to travel globally 50-80% of the time including Paris and China for the most part
