Role: Project and Program Manager

Rate: £298 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)

Client: Global, FTSE 100 Science Organisation

Location: Hybrid working from home and in Bracknell

Duration: 12 months

A Project and Program Manager to support and planning, execution and delivery of key digital transformation initiatives, for a major Science organisation.

You will establish agile processes and timelines to ensure on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery. You will drive continuous improvement of the project management framework in digital.

• Support establishment and implementation of governance.
• Collaborate with Project Leads to develop roadmaps and plans.
• Monitor project progress and performance.
• Robust Risk identification, mitigation and contingency planning.
• Engagement with key stakeholders to a senior level.
• Change and documentation management.

Requirements:

• Strong Project and Program Management in similar spaces, above 3 years.
• Strong understanding of Project Management principles, methodologies and tools.
• Experience dealing with stakeholders across functions and levels.
• Experience within a large, matrix organisation previously.
