Interim Digital Change Manager £670pd

I'm currently recruiting a number of exciting Interim Change Manager opportunities for my leading FTSE 100 FMCG client, offering the opportunity to be a key player in their large, global programmes for technology-enabled Change.

These opportunities are a minimum of 6 months duration, offering up to £670 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35), based primarily working from home, with one day per week in London.

The Role:

As Digital Change Manager you will have a global role, which could span across the Americas, Asiapac and Hungary.

There are a range of high-profile, digital Change projects your role could be aligned to, across technology infrastructure, or system implementations and migrations.

These roles will be truly hands-on, requiring candidates who demonstrate excellent executional and Change delivery experience.

You will carry out traditional Change Management activities, including stakeholder mapping, developing and implementing robust communications plans and training, working closely with stakeholders up to a senior level to drive technology-enabled change, and creating successful Change Plans.

Projects these roles may get involved in include SAP S/4 Hana roll outs, Laptop Refreshes and Teams implementations.

Requirements:

  • Around 5 years' experience + in Change Management, with prior experience working on technical projects.
  • Hands-on experience, with the ability to manage the Change piece, as well as develop training plans and communications.
  • Strong skills of stakeholder engagement and management, up to a senior level, across functions and geographies.
  • Advantageous would be some experience of Agile frameworks and methodologies.
