Interim Digital Change Lead £780pd

I'm currently recruiting an outstanding Interim opportunity for a Senior Digital Change Lead to join my FTSE 100, FMCG client, currently going through huge amounts of technology-enabled change. This is a chance to be crucial to their high-profile, global migration project.

This is a 12-month opportunity, offering up to £780 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35), based primarily working from home, with one day per week in their central London office.

The Role:
As Interim Digital Change Lead, you will be key in my client's delivery of their incredibly significant, global migration project.

This programme will be a blend of retention, deletion and migration of drives from Azure to SharePoint. It will involve extensive stakeholder management, driving important conversations, as all stakeholders up to the top level will need to sign off the programme before it is completed.

Alongside running the Change Project, you will need to ensure that all controls, security and data management requirements are in place.


Requirements:

  • Excellent Change Management experience of 5 years or more, within technology-enabled Change.
  • Strong Senior Stakeholder Management experience across levels and geographies. Experience of running Change projects at a Senior Stakeholder level.
  • Experience across large, global programmes, ideally within complex, matrix organisations.
  • Ideally, previous migration Change experience, from one platform to another.
  • Advantageous would be Agile framework and methodology experience.
