Interim Customer Service Support £15ph

A great interim opportunity for a driven individual, with customer service experience, to join a FTSE 100 FMCG leader and provide key support in customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time, 2-month contract, offering £15 per hour (umbrella, inside IR35), based primarily working from home and in the office in Belfast once per week.

The Role:

This Customer Service Support role will drive excellence in customer experience, building strong customer relationships which add value.

As first point of contact, you will work at pace, taking ownership of queries, working to find out all necessary information from relevant stakeholders, ensuring query resolution and that customers remain well informed.

You will also input orders, maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar Customer Service role, e.g. administration, contact centre work, or experience dealing with inbound calls.
  • Strong eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Strong skills of communication.
  • Advantageous would be any experience with relevant systems, i.e. Salesforce or SAP.
