Interim Cost Manager £450pd

Role: Interim Cost Manager

Rate: £450 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)

Client: Esteemed, government client

Duration: To the end of March 2024

Location: hybrid working and Staffordshire

A Cost Manager to join an esteemed, public sector client and understake estimating for large, Facilities Management projects, including Infrastructure and utilities.

You will produce pre-tender estimates, analyse historical cost data, use Excel models, prepare pricing booklets and evaluate tenders and production of tender reports.

Requirements:

• Excellent background as a Quantity Surveyor, Estimator, or Cost Manager.
• Construction-based Higher National Diploma, or equivalent.
• Strong Excel ability.
• Good Water and Utilities knowledge.
• Advantageous would be MRICS.
• Ideally, you will hold current, valid, SC Clearance.
