Interim Contracts Specialist required to join the Global Contract Operations team at a market leading FTSE 100 Technology organisation based in London. You will deliver an effective operational contract service ensuring relevant policies, processes and risk management strategies are fully implemented

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the primary contact for contract requirements relating to the sale of products and services to partner network (customers) including NDA's etc
• Negotiate customer agreements for multiple service offerings across business unit utilising standard frameworks wherever possible
• Develop and/or adjust contractual templates for the introduction of new services.
• Lead on related negotiations with key customers to ensure the companies legal position on important clauses is preserved and standard frameworks respected.
• Challenge all aspects of the contractual framework to ensure contracts can be implemented effectively (operationalised)

You must be able to demonstrate the following;

• Experience of drafting, reviewing and negotiating supplier contracts and commercial sales contracts
• Experience of a busy service delivery style environment
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Previous commercial/legal/contracts experience
• Ideally educated to degree level (law degree or post grad qualification)
• Experience working in a complex global or multisite FTSE100 / FTSE250
• Ability to co-ordinate cross functional teams to an agreed outcome

Rate: £450 per day

Duration: 4 months
