Interim Continuous Improvement Manager £435pd

An exciting interim opportunity to join a world-leader in energy and provide key Continuous Improvement support to their Electric Vehicle (EV) business.

This company is a the forefront of its field in sustainability, with major investment going into sustainable energy solutions and the truly cutting-edge technology to support.

This is a 12-month opportunity, offering up to £435pd (umbrella, inside IR35), with a hybrid approach to working from home and in their offices in London.

The Role:

The Continuous Improvement Manager will sit within Operations and Maintenance, across a Global network, driving and developing continuous improvement practices, systems, tools, and processes to ensure operational excellence is delivered.

You will work to analyse the data, understand any trends and identify the tools or processes to be developed to help this FTSE 100 organisation to improve.

You will engage with and manage stakeholders at all levels and across regions, developing road-maps, tools and requirements. You will understand any pain points, gaps, and weaknesses of processes, scoping these out, and understanding who needs to be involved.

Pre and Post Performance criteria will need to be put in place to understand the "before" and "after", measure against this, and put in place and post-operational optimisation.

Requirements:

  • Strong Product and Project Management experience.
  • A technical background, ideally in EV, or Engineering, Manufacturing, or Oil and Gas.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder to C-suite level, across regions.
  • Experience putting in place continuous improvement plans for a global network.
  • Prior experience within a large, complex organisation.
