Interim Construction Project Manager £440

A fantastic interim opportunity for a Project Manager with experience of the UK Construction market to join a world-leader in Energy, to build and manage a programme for dealer rebranding, across c.250 sites.

A contract to the end of 2023, offering up to £440 per day (umbrella, inside IR35), with hybrid working from home and 3 days in their office in Milton Keynes.

This company is at the forefront of its field in terms of sustainability, with true aims for carbon neutrality and making huge investments into sustainable energy solutions and the cutting-edge technology to support.

The Role:

The Rebranding Project Manager role is critical to managing major dealer rebranding and signage agreements, across c.250 sites per year.

This will be an autonomous role to manage and build the programme, adjust the programme to suit deal expiration, organise the contractors who complete the surveys, raise orders, and ensure work is done.

You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to a senior level, and engage suppliers effectively.


Outputs for the role will include the Master Programme to be updated weekly, accurate minutes to be taken and actions to be created from every meeting, and weekly reporting.

The Role:

  • 10+ years' UK experience within construction.
  • Blended strategic and operational project / programme management i.e. developing a programme and managing contractors to ensure delivery.
  • CDM knowledge and experience is critical.
  • Ideally, background within consultancy or main contractors (e.g. Turner & Townsend, Mace, Arcadis, Volkerfitzpatrick).
  • Advantageous would be experience in a fast-paced, retail roll-out programme.
  • Confident managing and co-ordinating internal and external stakeholders.
