Interim Communications Manager £520pd

Role: Interim Communications Manager.

Rate: Up to £520 per day (depending on experience).

Client: Major, FTSE 100 FMCG organisation.

Location: Hybrid working and in London.

Duration: 6 months.

A number of Communications Manager opportunities, to support this Global, FTSE 100, FMCG player's multi-year, company-wide SAP Process and Behavioural Transformation.

These Communications Managers will site in a fast-paced, ambiguous and challenging environment, dealing with Change at pace.

Role 1 - Finance Focused:

You will have a Finance background, managing communications for Finance functions, working to interpret and translate requirements and Change into language a non-finance professional can understand.

You will deliver other Communications activity, contributing to narrative development, create content, newsletters, and ensure the right Communications channels are in place for Finance and beyond.

Role 2 - Senior Leader Focused.

Responsible for Communications to and management of Senior Executives within the organisation, with experience working with Senior Leaders. You will provide the appropriate level of information in a timely manner, influencing and engaging effectively.

Requirements:

• Strong Communications experience in SAP / ERP enabled Change Programmes.
• Planning and management og communications campaigns and creation of content.
• Confidence dealing with stakeholders to a senior level.
• Prior experience within a major, global, matrix environment.
