Interim Communications Manager £465pd

A great opportunity for an Interim Communications Manager, with experience across both internal and external communications, to join a FTSE 100, global leader in Energy, to provide crucial support on the development and delivery of their centralised, corporate-wide employee and business communications.

This organisation is at the forefront of their field in terms of sustainability, with aims to become carbon neutral by 2050 and significant investment going into sustainable energy and the technology to support.

This full-time role is an initial contract to the end of the year, with a flexible approach to working from home and in London, offering up to £466 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35).

The Role:

You be a key part of a team dedicated to engaging audiences about my client's sustainable efforts and strategy, to support the development and delivery of global employee and business communications.

You will create and nurture strong working relationships with stakeholders at various levels, working to understand the current organisational landscape and requirements. Leading and managing communication programmes, you will create and execute complex, communication strategies.

You will provide advice and guidance on internal communications and engage with and influence business partners on effective communications solutions.

You will manage internal communications events, e.g. Webcasts or Teams Live sessions, as well as measuring the effectiveness of communications approaches, driving continuous improvement and excellence.

Requirements:

• 5 years'+ communications experience, with a main area of expertise in internal, business partner roles, coupled with some external or corporate communications experience.
• Strong experience in proposing, creating, and executing effective communications plans.
• The ability to engage with and address a variety of audiences, confident communicating with stakeholder sup to a senior level.
• Excellent Project Management and planning skills
