Role: INTERIM Training and Communications Lead

Rate: £480 p/d (Inside IR35)

Duration: Initial 6 Month Contract

Location: London + Agile / Flex Working

An exciting opportunity to support the Risk IT function which is undertaking a programme of change focused on the adoption of Agile working practices as part of a new Target Operating model. In support of the new operating model - there is a need for an INTERIM Communications Lead.

Role:

• Responsible for the planning and execution of Internal Communications across Risk IT Service Lines
• Responsible for supporting communications across the service lines
• Development of communications plan
• Execution of communication plan
• Development of associated training plan
• Execution of associated training plan

Experience:

• Experience in planning and delivering internal communications for Technology and IT functions - ideally gained in a Global Financial Services organisation
• Experience of Agile working practices
• Experience of developing internal communications
• Demonstrable knowledge of Rally, JIRA and Clarity
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships with stakeholders across the Technology Teams
