Interim Communications and Project Manager £447pd

A fantastic opportunity to work on a FTSE 100 Energy Leader's high-profile, global, communication projects, as Interim Employee Insight Communications and Project Manager.

This company is at the very forefront of their field in terms of sustainability, with aims for carbon neutrality by 2050 and huge amounts of investment going into sustainable energy and the cutting-edge technology to support. Boasting unmatched Quarterly results, they have made vast achievements against their energy transformation strategy.

This is a full-time contract until the end of December 2022, with excellent scope for extension, offering up to £447 per day (umbrella, Inside IR35), with a blended approach to working from home and in their offices in South-East England / London 3 days per week.

The Role:

This role will sit in a busy team dedicated to the organisation's global employee voice, owning their Global Employee Survey. This delivery-focused position will be a balance of Project Management and Communications, working closely with Senior stakeholder groups, including the Head of Engagement, on strategically increasing employee feedback.

  • You will develop and execute a robust, strategic employee listening communications plan and support the launch of new listening products.

  • Alongside their Global Employee Survey, you will be involved with their Continuous Listening Survey and Employee Life-cycle Surveys.

  • You will set meetings, ensure deliverables are met, and carry out stakeholder negotiation.

  • Producing employee communications, you will be responsible for Yammer posts for Senior Leaders at the top of the organisation, as well as the company's intranet articles.

  • With a truly strategic lens on communications, you will develop a thought-led community, advising on communications guidelines, best practice and what this community should be communicating.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in leading Communications Programmes, across functions and geographies.
  • Excellent Project and Stakeholder Management ability.
  • Strategic Communications experience.
  • Audience-led Communications experience, with a good understanding of messaging and stakeholder needs.
  • Detail-oriented, autonomous and incredibly organised.
  • Advantageous would be any experience with the 'Smart Brevity' format.
