Interim Commercial Officer FM - £375 pd (inside) SC CLEARED

I'm currently recruiting an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Specialist with Facilities Management experience to join a fast-paced team and contribute to procurement and contract strategies.

This role is an initial 4-month contract, paying up to a maximum of £375 per day (inside).

There are a number of available locations available in Scotland, Eastern England, Hampshire or the North East, where you will be expected to work 2 days per week in the office.

To qualify for this role you must hold current, valid SC Clearance.

You will:

• Work with the commercial team to deliver programme objectives within required timescales
• Develop strong relationships with suppliers
• Contribute to procurement and contract strategies
• Compile and issue tenders
• Carry out contract amendment
• Provide commercial guidance
• Ensure all procurement is delivered within budget
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations

Requirements:

• Strong, previous FM Procurement experience within the public sector
• Current, valid SC Clearance
• Ability to engage with a range of suppliers
• Experience with contract amendment.
