Role: Commercial Manager - NEC Contracts

Rate: £403 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)

Client: Esteemed Public Sector client.

Length: Until the end of December 2024

Location: Hybrid working from home and 2 days per week in Central London

An Interim Opportunity for a major, Public Sector Organisation, to support their Asset Management Delivery, focused on post-contract management for their NEC contracts.

You will liaise with key, senior stakeholders, carry out cost reporting, valuate and quote to Project Managers, deliver reporting, and carry out Supply Management.

Requirements:

• Post-contract knowledge and experience
• Strong understanding of NEC contracts.
• Good Supplier Management skills.
• Public Sector industry background.
• Ideally, a Quantity Surveyor background.
• Excellent Stakeholder Management ability.
