Interim Commercial Manager - Construction £520pd

Role: Commercial Manager - Land and Property Portfolio.

Rate: £520 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35).

Client: Major Public Sector organisation.

Location: Hybrid working from home and 2 days per week in Central London

Duration: Initial 2 months, strong scope for extension.

An Interim opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join an esteemed, Public Sector organisation, to support their embedding of a newly-formed commercial Team, building up strategic relationships and driving value and revenue.

You will support the delivery of the end-to-end strategy and commercial direction for projects and categories, carry out Supplier Relationship and Contract Management.

There are two, live procurements c.£30m in Property and Land developments, which this role will be looking after. You will draft developer agreements, negotiated tier 1 developers, and liaise with stakeholders to a senior level and across functions.

Requirements:

• Good Public Procurement experience in Construction.
• Excellent knowledge of Public Contract Regulations (PCR).
• Strong skills of negotiation.
• Stakeholder Management ability.
