Interim Commercial Lead (Document Management/ Logistics) - £490 pd (umb)

Currently recruiting an Interim Commercial Lead for my client in the public sector, with specialism in Document Management and Logistics.

This role is an entirely home-based contract, for an initial 3 months, paying up to £490 per day (working via umbrella company).

You will:

• Collaborate with suppliers, customers and colleagues

• Build and maintain strong relationships of influence with customers and suppliers

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of categories acting as source of advice

• Create best-in-class category strategies

• Support the creation and refresh of market leading strategies and develop product propositions

• Play a leadership role, supporting the Senior Category Lead

• Have the opportunity to forge and develop category areas, Coach and develop individuals, enhance team effectiveness, organisational learning and commercial acumen

Requirements:

• Previous strong experience within a public sector, government environment
• Logistics experience, ideally in a logistics warehouse, postal or courier services
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Experience developing category strategies
• Strategic Supplier Management experience
