Role: Interim Commercial Global Process Owner

Rate: £695 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)

Client: Global, FTSE 100 FMCG

Duration: 12 months

Location: Working from home and 2-3 days per week in London.

Outstanding opportunity for a candidate with Commercial transformation experience and management of Commercial functions to join a world-leader in FMCG as a key player in their multi-year, company-wide SAP Process and Behaviour Transformation.

This Director-level role sits within the organisation's Commercial pillar, supporting back-office commercial design and O2C (Order to Cash) design, to ensure the organisation understand their customer base from a credit worthiness perspective, recognise sales, and manage trade investment.

At the front-end, you will manage commercial contracts with customers, ensuring performance expectations are met.

You will lead a team of 10-20 heads, whilst engaging with Senior Commercial Leaders across the business.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years in the Commercial Arena.
• Strong Commercial Transformation experience
• Experience in large FMCG or similar.
• Excellent management and engagement ability.
• Preferable would be any experience in SAP S4HANA transformation or Salesforce.
