Role: Interim Global Circuit Services Specialist

Location: Primarily REMOTE
Day Rate: £305pd (umbrella, Inside IR35)
Length: 1 year

A major, science-led organisation is looking for a Global Circuit Services Specialist to manage and optimise its $multi-million network connectivity portfolio across EMEA, APAC and the Americas.

You'll own the deployment of circuit and internet connections globally, manage any issues or challenged, carry out light-touch vendor management, and support network transformation initiatives to ensure reliable, cost-effective connectivity across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage global circuit services including MPLS, SD-WAN, Internet and point-to-point connectivity
• Coordinate circuit installations, upgrades, migrations and service changes
• Maintain circuit inventory, documentation and lifecycle processes
• Manage relationships with global telecom providers and ensure SLA performance
• Support cost optimisation initiatives with procurement and finance
• Coordinate with technical teams on service delivery, testing and issue resolution
• Track service metrics and contribute to global network planning and improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in telecommunications or network infrastructure
• Experience managing LAN / WAN or circuit portfolios
• Knowledge of MPLS, SD-WAN and internet connectivity
• Vendor management and service delivery experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with circuit inventory or network management systems
