Interim Change Manager - Security £650pd

A fantastic Interim opportunity for a Change Manager to join a World Leader in FMCG, and support their crucial projects in Identity, Governance and Administration (IGA).


This organisation aims to be at the forefront of its field in tech, with significant investment going in to truly cutting-edge and innovative solutions.

This is a 12-month contract, offering up to £650 per day (Umbrella, inside IR35), based working from home and in London, 2-3 days per week.

The Role:

As Interim Change Manager - IGA, you will work closely with programme towers and functions on IGA projects, identifying any Change Impacts and building a Change and Stakeholder network.

You will carry out Change management, create and lead Change Communications and Learning and Adoption.

  • Execute the framework to manage IGA Change Impacts, by Process Area and Geography.
  • Work with relevant teams to understand and articulate the Change Impact, to drive detailed assessment.
  • Convert Change Impact into a robust, actionable, scaleable Change Action and Migration Plan.
  • Engage across functions to gather and share feedback on Change Management plans and goals.
  • Design and build a Change Network.
  • Deliver a Knowledge Transfer Plan.
  • Effective reporting on Change Management activities.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in Change Management, in complex programme environments.
  • Experience working with IGA platform and ideally ServiceNow HR integration projects.
  • Experience with Saviynt and CyberArk.
  • Track record successfully management third-party providers.
  • Excellent Change Impact Analysis and mitigation.
  • Experience leading a Global Change Network.
  • Proficient in a range of tools to develop plans and communication - Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Yammer.
