One of the world's largest and most innovative pharmaceutical firms has an urgent requirement for an Interim Organizational Change Project Manager.

This is a 6-month interim contract offering up to £700 p/d outside IR35. Hybrid working between WFH and West London Offices majority remote.

Organizational Change Management Role
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join us as a Change Manager. This position will manage changes related to our Order to Cash Workstream. Candidate will play a key role ensuring end user success in SAP implementation by collaborating cross-functionally with program sponsors, process owners, and IT. Additionally, the change manager will support Global Business Operations projects and changes.

Key Skill Synopsis: OCM expertise, ability to work in a cross functional dynamic team environment, a project management with experience of large change initiatives, ability to communicate effectively across broad spectrum of seniority and experience & able to flex working day to adapt to the requirements of the project.


Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the Order to Cash OCM Lead for SAP Implementation
    * Apply change management process and tools to create a strategy to support sustained adoption change initiatives
    * Identify and develop strategy to address specific Change needs for communication & readiness
    * Collaborate with Global OCM team to develop and deploy OCM approach
    * Build and maintain cross functional relationships with business leads and change champions
    * Work Cross Functionally with Other Mega Process Teams (STS, PTD, RTR) to ensure people success.
    * Work with SAP Workstreams to ensure impacted Audience are aware, engaged, and informed
    * Ensure SAP training content and methods meet end user needs to build capability
    * Coordinate Change management events and activities to support awareness and engagement
    * Lead and manage change readiness, change and people impact assessments
    * Facilitate Change Management Community of Practice sessions
    * Provide Change management training and consultation for business partners.
    * Proactive planning to manage and mitigate potential areas of change resistance
    * Responsible for coordination between business units and leads, to assess impacts and affects
    * Assist project team in determining and socializing project value and end user benefit
    * Develop and distribute change communications to the Technical Operations Organization
    * Design and execute communications and strategy.
    * Other duties as needed


Requirements:

* 7+ years of experience in change management role in the life sciences and/healthcare or biopharma, industry preferred
* Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
* Experience with large scale ERP Implementations
* A solid understanding of how people go through the change process
* Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
* Experience in systems deployment, implementation, and lifecycle management,
* Change Management Certification is preferred (PROSCI, CCMP)
* BA or BS required, degree in business management/science/social science/engineering or IT
* Strong project management or Organizational effectiveness experience
* Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering on-time, high quality results
* Strength in communicating and working effectively with broad partners in various functions
* Strong quantitative and qualitative skills
* Ability to objectively evaluate options/trade-offs and develop management-level recommendations
* Self-directed and able to work independently with minimal direction
* Works well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
* Comfortable with public speaking and leadership presentations
